Where do we normally get this product from?

Vitamin C foods include citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, grapefruit and limes. Zinc is found in beef, poultry and shellfish. The sun is our main source of Vitamin D, but this nutrient is found in smaller amounts in salmon and egg yolks.
